摘要:
探讨不同配比18α-与18β-甘草酸(Gly)对大鼠酒精性肝损伤的影响.健康SD大鼠,雄性,随机分组,每组10只,即正常对照组(生理盐水)、模型对照组(生理盐水)、阳性药物对照组(水飞蓟宾)、7个给药组(18α-Gly与18β-Gly不同配比组,配比为10:0,8:2,6:4,5:5,4:6,2:8,0:10).给药4周后,检测不同组对血清酶、血清蛋白、总胆红素、胆汁酸及血糖调控的影响.结果显示:18α-Gly与18β-Gly各个配比均能降低血清酶ALT、AST、γ-GT、LDH活性,随着18β-Gly比例增加作用增强,当18α-Gly与18β-Gly配比小于4:6时,对缓解酒精性肝损伤和心肌损伤效果更佳; 当配比大于8:2时,对酒精性肝损伤大鼠血清蛋白水平的改善作用更加显著.当配比小于4:6时,明显降低TBIL和TBA水平,显著改善酒精性肝损伤大鼠对血糖的调控能力.研究结果为新药研发和临床治疗的制剂选择提供依据.
Abstract:
The objective is that investigating protective effects of different proportion of 18α- and 18β- glycyrrhizic acid(Gly)on alcoholic liver injury in rats.Healthy male rats are randomly divided into equally ten groups,respectively normal control group(saline),model group(saline),positive drug control group(silymarin),7 given drug groups(different ratios of 18α-Gly and 18β-Gly group,and ratios are 10:0,8:2,6:4,5:5,4:6,2:8,0:10).At the fourth week,blood are collected to determine serum ferment and proteins,total bilirubin and acid bile.Blood glucose is measured.The results show that different proportions of 18α- and 18β-glycyrrhizic acid all effectively reduced ALT,AST,γ-GT and LDH activity.The alcoholic liver injury and myocardial injury can be better improved when the ratio is less than 4:6.And the serum protein level in alcoholis liver injury rat is improved when the ratio is greater then 8:2.The level of TBIL and TBA.And is attenuated when the ratio is less than 4:6.And the proportion is less then 4:6 that obviously improves the ability of regulating the blood glucose of rats with alcoholic liver injury.It can be applied to selection of new drug research and clinical treatment with a basic experiment data.
