摘要:
通过富集培养和选择培养分离, 从江西昌九农科化工有限公司厌氧池废水中筛选分离到能够降解丙烯酰胺单体的菌株, 对菌株的培养基配方及降解工艺条件进行优化. 测定菌株对丙烯酰胺的降解性能, 得到一株降解效果较好的菌株AM-4, 通过生理生化特性初步鉴定其属于葡萄球菌属.
Abstract:
Through the enrichment training and selection cultivation separation, from the anaerobic pond wastewater of Jiangxi Chang Nine Agricultural Chemical Co. LTD, the bacteria which can degrade the acrylamide monomer was obtained, then the culture medium and growth conditions was optimized. Measure the degradation performance of strains, AM-4 which has better degradation performance was got, physiological and biochemical characteristics identified belong to staph.
