摘要:
以2,6-吡啶二甲酸为原料经酰氯化后与KSCN反应生成2,6-吡啶二甲酰异硫氰酸酯,再与芳香胺加成反应合成了10种2,6-吡啶二甲酰硫脲衍生物(4a~4j),其结构均通过1H NMR、LC-MS、IR和元素分析测试进行了表征.初步的生物活性测试结果表明所设计合成的化合物部分具有较好的除草活性.
Abstract:
Ten novel 2,6-dicarbonyl thiourea pyridine derivatives(4a-4j)have been successfully synthesized via the reaction of 2,6-isothiocyanate pyrimidine with aromatic amine.The structures of the target compounds are characterized by LC-MS,IR,1H NMR and elementary analysis.The results of preliminary bioassay indicated that some of these compounds show good herbicidal activities.
