摘要:
从旱莲草中分离到7个单体化合物,经波谱数据分析,鉴定为旱莲皂苷eclalbasaponinsⅠ~Ⅵ(缩写为E-Ⅰ~E-Ⅵ)和β-香树素,其中E-Ⅰ~E-Ⅴ有溶血活性,活性强弱依次为E-Ⅱ>E-Ⅳ>E-Ⅴ>E-Ⅰ>E-Ⅲ.构效关系分析结果表明:C-28位的游离羧基对旱莲皂苷的溶血活性强弱至关重要,C-3位葡萄糖基的数量或硫酸酯化对其溶血活性也有影响.
Abstract:
Seven compounds are isolated from Eclipta alba.These compounds are identified as eclalbasaponins Ⅰ~Ⅵ(abbreviated for E-Ⅰ~E-Ⅵ)and β-amyrin based on the spectral data.Five compounds,namely E-Ⅰ~E-Ⅴ,show hemolytic activities that the decreasing order is E-Ⅱ>E-Ⅳ>E-Ⅴ>E-Ⅰ>E-Ⅲ.Analysis of structure-activity relationships indicates that free carboxyl at C-28 plays a crucial role in the hemolytic activities of eclalbasaponins.Both the amount and the sulfation of the glucosyl at C-3 also influence the hemolytic activities of eclalbasaponins.
